I believe this race is more possible than that due to there being legit sitting animation for aliens plus aliens have animations for holding both handguns (the alien blaster) and rifles (the alien disintegrator and tri-beam laser rifle) as well as single handed melee weapons (shock baton).
Seeing as Super Mutants cant (or rather not seen sneaking or sitting). Though that may be true, I've seen a modder (Smileytops) do a good race mod working without some of the idles with his Playable Super Mutant race. (sneaking, aiming, reloading, sitting etc.) I don't think it's possible to set a race like this playable because a lot of idles required are missing.
